Competition Entry Deadline Notice
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of this year’s competition, we have set an official closing date for guaranteed entries: 11th August 2025.
After this date, entries may remain open for a short period to accommodate late submissions. However, please note that as certain categories become full, we may close them early to manage capacity effectively.
We strongly encourage all competitors wishing to take part to submit their entries before the official deadline to avoid disappointment.

LATE ENTRY SURCHARGE

If entries are excepted after the closing date a 20% administration charge will apply.
This surcharge will already have been added at the time of entry.

This charge only applies to competitors entry, no surcharge will be added to spectators. Spectators may purchase tickets in advance or on the day.
