TERMS OF ENTRY

Once you have completed and submitted your entry and entry fees have been received, there is no refund on entry fees.

Once you have purchased spectator tickets and fees have been received, there is no refund on spectator tickets.

LATE ENTRY SURCHARGE

If entries are excepted after the closing date (guaranteed entry date) a 20% administration charge will apply.

This surcharge will automatically be added at the time of entry.

This charge only applies to competitors entry, no surcharge will be added to spectators. Spectators may purchase tickets in advance or on the day.

The above terms of entry and late entry surcharge applies to all DHT Dance Promotion events and any other event being hosted on DHT Dance Promotions website.
