Competitors should complete their entry & pay their entry fee £50.00 per couple.

There is no need for a competitor to purchase a spectator ticket.

SOLO DANCERS CANNOT BE ASSISTED IN THEIR PERFORMANCE DURING THE COMPETITION

  • Closing date for guaranteed entries 1st December 2025.
  • Beginner competitors in all sections, restricted syllabus and restricted dress code.
  • Novice competitors in all sections, restricted syllabus.
  • All entries fees are non-refundable.
  • Adjudicators and officials will be published on our website.
  • Competitors fees and admissions fees are published on our website.
  • All competitors should enter in advance before the closing date www.dhtdancepromotions.com
  • Spectators can purchase a general admission ticket in advance from our website or on the day of the competition.
  • Competition timetable will be published once the closing date has passed.
  • Christmas jumpers, minimum of £1.00 cash donation, all proceeds give as competition cash prizes, competitions receiving cash prizes will be selected at random on the day.

DHT Dance Promotions

Providing dance competitions and events for dances of all ages

TERMS OF ENTRY

Once you have completed and submitted your entry and entry fees have been received, there is no refund on entry fees.

Once you have purchased spectator tickets and fees have been received, there is no refund on spectator tickets.

LATE ENTRY SURCHARGE

​If entries are excepted after the closing date (guaranteed entry date) a 20% administration charge will apply.

This surcharge will automatically be added at the time of entry.

​This charge only applies to competitors entry, no surcharge will be added to spectators. Spectators may purchase tickets in advance or on the day.
